ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Mali is the creative force behind the lens. An Australian photographer with a passion for storytelling, she’s responsible for turning moments into memorable imagery. When she’s not creating, there’s a good chance she’s enjoying a coconut and dreaming up the next project.

Fah is the business mind that keeps everything moving behind the scenes. Originally from Thailand, she brings a sharp eye for detail, organisation, and client experience. Before entering the business world, she competed as a national-level swimmer, developing the discipline and determination that now underpin everything we do.

Together, we combine creativity with practicality, ensuring every project is approached with both imagination and professionalism. We believe great work comes from genuine connection, clear communication, and a little bit of fun along the way.

These are our beliefs:

Purists

Why ruin a good thing?

We believe the Nam Hom coconut is perfect as it is. That’s why we add nothing to it, we don’t take anything to it.

In growing the coconut, no herbicide or pesticides are used. We use a natural pheromone to lure any insects into a bucket on what we call “outstations” on the farm.

Discarded coconut husks and rind are used as fertiliser for the farm.

Once our coconut is fully grown, it’s picked and sent for processing. This all happens withIn 24 hours. The coconut is washed with hot water at a high pressure to wash away any debris or dirt.

The extracted coconut water simply goes through the pasteurisation process and is then brought back down in temperature.

Like, way down.

We then snap freeze to lock all those nutrients in to keep the same delicious taste and to lock in the freshness.
